Primary Care Networks in Nottingham City
NCGPA offers a wide range of support services to the eight Primary Care Networks (PCNs) in Nottingham city. This includes (but is not limited to) administrative support, finance and patient engagement.
The PCN support team have worked with our PCN colleagues building strong relationships with the Clinical Directors and many of the individual practices within the PCNs since they were launched in 2019. Support provided by NCGPA enables the city GPs and Practice Managers to focus on managing their own individual practices and helps to maintain a city-wide view of activity. This ensures best practice can be shared city wide and enables us to provide guidance to PCNs and member practices.
