Non-urgent advice: Notice
Due to the current Covid-19 Outbreak, all prescriptions will be processed electronically and sent to your nominated pharmacist, if you have not selected a pharmacy then your prescription will be sent to Pyramid Pharmacy by default.
You can order your medication online using the online form
Your request will be ready within 3 working days.
Repeat prescription requests cannot be taken over the phone (except in an emergency) or if you are Housebound.
Some local chemists offer a delivery service for housebound patients. Ask at reception for details of the local chemists.
Please note patients are to take responsibility to request medication and not allow themselves to run short, if 3 working days are not given to us to process your prescription, it will only be processed earlier at the doctors’ discretion. You may have to wait 3 working days if the doctor feels it is not urgent.
