IMPORTANT: Our telephone numbers are changing

On Thursday 13th June 2024, both Bloomfield Medical Centre and Grange Park Health Centre will be contactable on 01253 344544 only. Both of our practices will be sharing the same contact number.

The previous number for Grange Park Health Centre, which was 01253 951952, will stop working on Thursday 13th June 2024.

This is due to changes in our telephony systems which look to improve patient care and experience overall.
