Temporary closure on 16/10/2024

On Wednesday 16th October 2024, both Bloomfield Medical Centre and Grange Park Health Centre will be closing at 1pm. This closure is to allow for mandatory staff training.

For urgent medical help when the practice is closed, please use the NHS 111 service online or by telephone.

If you need to manage an existing appointment, please use the NHS app. If you want to manage an appointment through the Enhanced Access service, please contact 0300 033 6520 from 6:30pm to 8pm.

Both practices will reopen at their usual times on Thursday 17th October 2024.
