If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you.
Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:
- in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- phone or visit us after 11am and we will tell you what the results are
Non-urgent advice: Please note
All test results need to be viewed and reported on by a GP before Reception can give you the results. Therefore it may take up to 7 days from having the test done before your results are ready. For certain tests such as x-ray, this can be even longer.
When calling Reception for test results, please call after 11am as the phones are extremely busy first thing in the morning.
Due to Data Protection and patient confidentiality, we are unable to give your test results out to someone else if you are 16 or over, unless we have signed permission from you that you are happy for us to give your results out to someone else.
