Flu immunisations are available in the Autumn. Please contact reception for further details.
We recommend flu immunisations for people over 65 and those with long-term illnesses (eg asthma, bronchitis, diabetes, heart problems etc.)

Please ask the doctor or the practice nurse for more information on this service and to book an appointment.

Immunisations prevent your child catching diseases that could make them seriously ill.
We recommend the full programme of immunisations for all pre-school children.
You will receive a postcard from the Health Authority inviting you to come to the surgery with your child. Please bring your child’s health record with you when you attend.
Immunisation clinics are held weekly and are carried out by the practice nurse.

Vaccines ideally need to be given at least 6 – 8 weeks before departure if possible. Vaccines need time to take effect and some may require a course over several weeks. Please contact reception if you require travel vaccinations.
