Whatever your query we’ll do our best to help or just lend a listening ear 01204 363056.

 Call us from 9 am to 5 pm on weekdays if you have any sort of query; you may have questions about aids and equipment, benefits, help at home, health services, or support available. Whatever your query, we can signpost you to relevant services. 

At all other times (evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays) call if you have an urgent issue or emergency. Perhaps the person you look after has had a fall at home, become unwell or agitated, or a situation has arisen that can’t wait until the next working day.
