Reception
Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query.
We would like to remind our patients that we will not tolerate any aggressive or abusive behaviour towards any of our reception staff or clinicians, either in Surgery on by telephone. All staff work to the guidelines set out by the GP Partners, therefore if you are unhappy with any aspect of the service we provide we would ask that you put your complaint in writing to the Practice Manager, Gill Warburton, at the Health Centre address. Anyone found to be abusive towards staff members may be asked to leave the Practice.
