Important Notice
In accordance with NHS guidance, patients are required to provide a minimum of 6 to 8 weeks’ notice prior to their date of travel. This timeframe is necessary to allow for the completion of a full travel risk assessment and to ensure that any recommended vaccinations can be administered appropriately.
Booking Process
· Upon contacting the practice, our administrative team will arrange a telephone consultation with the practice nurse.
· During this consultation, the nurse will complete the travel risk assessment and advise on any vaccinations or follow-up appointments required.
