Ordering A Repeat Prescription
Repeat medication requests can take up to 4 days to process (not including weekends and Bank Holidays). Please remember to request your medication in plenty of time due to this change, by using
- * Patient Access (for help and support go to https://support.patientaccess.com/registration
- * NHS App (for help and support go to https://www.nhsapp.service.nhs.uk/login
- * Your regular pharmacy
- * In writing at the practice
We DO NOT take requests over the phone unless you are registered housebound.
Please check with your pharmacy if they have dispensed your prescription before calling the practice.
If you do not have a regular pharmacy and wish to nominate one please contact a pharmacy of your choice or let one of our receptionists set up electronic prescribing for you. This will allow you to pick up your medication directly at your pharmacy.
