If you require a repeat prescription, please contact the prescription line on 0141 739 1333 then select option 2. This is an answering machine where you will be asked to leave some details. Alternatively you can use the tear off page opposite your last prescription and post it to the practice.
Prescriptions will be ready for collection in 3 working days or alternatively you can arrange for your regular chemist to collect the prescription for you. Please do not phone the surgery to check if your prescription is ready – we will contact you if there are any issues.
Repeat Prescriptions
If you are taking long term medication you may get a repeat prescription by phoning, visiting the surgery or by sending a stamped address envelope. If you telephone you will hear a recorded message for you to then record your prescription. All prescriptions will be ready within two working days.
