Chronic Pain Group

We offer group sessions for patients experiencing Chronic pain. These are led by GP and Health coaches in the network and cover education, understanding the biological and cognitive mechanisms of pain and provide a safe space to talk about challenging issues around living with pain. Your pain is very real and we understand this. The good news is that you are not alone. Learn to understand pain and listen to stories from people with decades of experience living with pain who are now living fulfilled lives.

The pain café is lead by Lee Vaughan our lived experience expert with the support of medical experts and GP’s across the network, you can read his own story here.

Location: Heeley Green Community Centre, 344 Gleadless Road, Sheffield, S2 3AJ

Starting From Tuesday 4th February 2025

Dates & Times: First Tuesday of every month: 5:30pm – 7:00pm

Third Tuesday of every month: 1:30pm – 3:00pm
