Enhanced Access Appointments

Our enhanced access appointments are available for our patients, in addition to our standard opening hours.

Monday – Friday: 6:30pm – 8pm

Saturday: 9am – 5pm.

Our aim is to make it easier for our patients across our Primary Care Network to schedule an appointment at a time that works for them. These appointments may take place by phone, video, or face-to-face depending on your clinical need, which will be determined by a doctor.

Please note that face-to-face appointments will be at your usual practice but the service will be run by our Primary Care Network, so you may not be able to see your regular doctor during these hours.

You may be offered an appointment at your GP practice, another local GP practice within our primary care network, or another local NHS service such as an urgent care centre.
