Support following sexual assault or abuse

Sexual assault or abuse can happen to anyone at any time. It may be a one-off event or happen repeatedly. If you have been raped, sexually assaulted or abused and don’t know where to turn, you can contact Nottinghamshire’s Topaz Centre or search ‘sexual assault referral centres’ for more information or visit www.nhs.uk/SARCs.

Support from Mencap for digital inclusion

Mencap are working in partnership with Nottinghamshire County Council to support people who are accessing health and social care to become digitally included.

Identified adults will be provided with a tablet and a pre-loaded SIM with lots of data so they will be able to feel connected to their community, learn new skills, and be more independent. If needed they will also provide a ‘tech buddy’ who will provide more hands on practical support and advice to get people up to the skill level needed.  Digital Inclusion — Nottingham Mencap

The PCN has put together a list of services for people with learning disabilities and their carers.

We are working on a number of directories for a range of health and social care conditions and this page will be updated as they become available.
