Ordering your Prescriptions
Repeat prescriptions can be requested, by ticking the items required on the right-hand side of your last issued prescription.
Please note that acute items (those not on your repeat prescription) can only be requested via AskMyGP, telephone, or by completing a form at your pharmacy. A clinician will need to assess and approve your request, and will contact you if needed.
The practice asks that you leave 7 working days notice to allow your prescriptions to be issued, signed by the GP and dispensed by your chemist.
We do not accept repeat prescription requests over the telephone however, requests can be sent via email to prescriptions.1@wales.nhs.uk, or by handing in your prescription order form to the practice.
Your prescriptions can be sent to your preferred local pharmacy on a regular basis, if you choose not to nominate a pharmacy then prescriptions will be available for collection from the practice.
Re-ordering of your prescriptions can also be arranged via your local pharmacy.
