As of the 17th of March 2025, the way we offer appointments is changing. This is to improve access to our service and increase the number of patients we can see.
It will also allow us to offer more routine appointments and reduce the number of non attendances.
A triage system is still being operated. If you feel that your condition may need to be seen the same day, please contact the surgery before 10am.
Please also ensure that you are available to attend the surgery immediately.
AskMyGP operates between 7am and 10am.
Telephone lines are open from 8am to 6:30pm.
Home Visits will need to be requested before 10am and are for patients who are registered housebound only.
We will be offering appointments in order of clinical priority and you may be triaged to a routine appointment. Those who are offered a same day appointment will be asked to attend the “Sit and Wait” clinic in the morning. You will be given a time slot to attend the surgery. Please DO NOT book in, just take a seat and wait to be called. Patients will be seen in order of priority, not on time of arrival.
If you are not present when called you will not be seen.
