District Nurses
District Nurses and Community Matron are employed by the Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, working closely with General Practitioners and Social Services, caring for patients in their homes. Work involves offering advice and supplying equipment, e.g. commodes, special beds and mattresses, as well as care of medical conditions, care of the elderly and post-operative care on returning home.
