Appointments

Booking an appointment

You can book an appointment with us in a few different ways. Each day we have a limited number of appointments, which are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

By phone

Call 0115 8965 002 after 8am to book an appointment. Our reception team will ask a few questions about why you need the appointment. This helps make sure you are booked with the right member of the team as quickly as possible.

Online Services

For non-urgent medical or admin queries, you can use our online consultation tool. It’s a quick and easy way to tell us about your symptoms, ask a question, or request advice without needing to phone or visit the surgery. Find out more on our Online Services page or submit a request online: Contact us about your request – Accurx Patient Portal

You can also book appointments online using SystmOnline by using this link: SystmOnline Login.

To get your username and password, you will need to speak to our reception team.

  • infected insect bites (aged 1 year and over)
  • earache (aged 1 to 17 years)

  • sinusitis (aged 12 years and over)
  • urinary tract infections (UTIs) (women aged 16 to 64 years)

If they cannot help you themselves, pharmacists will refer you to a GP or other health professional. Find your nearest pharmacy here: Find a pharmacy – NHS.

Urgent appointments

To request an urgent appointment for today or tomorrow, phone us on Call 0115 8965 002 to speak to reception. Please call after 9am if possible. If your appointment is before 9am, please call as soon as you can after 8am.

Cancelling or changing an appointment

If you can’t make it to your appointment, please let us know as soon as you can so someone else can use it. You can cancel by phone or in person.

Evening and weekend appointments

We offer evening and weekend appointments, either at this practice or another NHS practice nearby, through the Enhanced Access service.

Additional appointments are available:

Monday – Friday from 6.30 pm – 8pm

Saturday from 9am – 5pm

This is not a walk-in service. Speak with reception to book an appointment.

The service is supported by GP+ Nottingham City.

If you need help when we are closed

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

Home visits

If you can’t come to the practice because you are housebound or too sick, you can request a home visit. Call reception before 10:00.

Your doctor will decide if a visit is needed and how urgent it is. You may need to explain your condition.

You may also get a home visit from a nurse or health visitor, depending on your needs.

If you use sign language, we can arrange for a British Sign Language interpreter. We also provide interpreters for patients whose first language is not English. Ask when booking your appointment.
If you’d like a chaperone during your appointment, let your doctor or nurse know. They will be happy to help.

Doctors at this practice cannot sign passport forms or firearms licenses.
Unfortunately we are unable to provide these at the moment.
