Nasal Flu Vaccination – School Age Children

Dear parents / carers,

For any child who was absent, refused or did not have consent for the vaccine when the school nurses visited their school.

You can call the team Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm on 0333 3583 397, select option 3, then option 2 to book onto one of the below community clinics:

•     28 October 2024 – Chester le Street Family HUB – 9am to 4pm

•     29 October 2024- Bishop Auckland family Hub – 9am to 4pm

•     1 November 2024 – Brandon Family Hub – 9 am to 4pm
