Ways to order your repeat prescription
The easiest ways to order repeat prescriptions are:
- using your NHS account (through the NHS website or in the NHS App)
- using Systmonline the GP online system
These accounts show you all your repeat medicine and dosage and you can choose the ones you need.
You can also, bring the paper form to the surgery, during opening hours.
We do not take repeat prescription requests over the phone or email.
Medication reviews
If you are on repeat medications, you will require an annual medication review. This will involve an appointment with a clinician. You may also need tests such as blood pressure or blood tests. Please make sure you attend this appointment to continue receiving your medication.
Whichever method you use for ordering a repeat prescription, it takes 48 hours to process. If you need it sooner then please tell reception so they can alert the doctor
