How to contact us
Our online system is open from 6:30pm Sunday evening through to Friday evening at 4pm except bank holidays.
When asked, please supply a working email address and contact number along with details of your symptoms.
Once you submit your information one of the following 3 things will happen;
- You will be able to book an appointment of your choosing online
- Or an appointment booking link will be sent to you by email following a review by a clinician
- OR we may call you on your supplied contact number should we require further information.
Please contact the surgery to inform the practice staff in the following circumstances;
- If you have any disability, impairment or sensory loss that means you are unable to book online
- Require an interpreter
- Require a face to face appointment but are unable to attend the surgery in person due to your health
- Require any assistance to book an appointment or make an admin request
If you have multiple problems to discuss that are not relevant to each other, please complete a triage form per problem.
Nurse, Health Care Assistant appointments and Medication reviews (Including blood test and cervical screenings) are booked by calling 0115 896 9991
Test results – if you need a follow up, we will contact you directly. If you wish to check your results you can do so online via the NHS App.
Admin Queries – this can be used to request continued sick notes, request letters or reports, referrals queries, repeat prescriptions and update your personal details.
