If you need urgent help, please call the practice.
For non-urgent medical or administrative help, you can contact us using our online

This service allows you to tell us about your symptoms, ask questions, or request advice
without needing to phone or attend the surgery.
Your request will be reviewed by our clinical or administrative team. Submissions are
reviewed during our normal working hours, and we will provide a response once your
request has been assessed.
Response times can differ depending on the nature of your enquiry and overall demand.
Please note: this service is not monitored continuously, and response times may vary.
If you have a medical emergency or need help outside of practice hours, please contact
NHS 111 or 999 as appropriate

Salaried GP Required

We are currently seeking a doctor who will strive to provide excellent patient care, while contributing to the management and development of the practice in the ever-changing NHS. We are also very active practice in our Aspire PCN, with one of the GP working as Clinical Director, working collaboratively with Clinical pharmacists, Social prescribers and Health wellbeing coaches.

Please follow the link below for further information.

You and Your General Practice

You and Your General Practice (YYGP) has been developed to help patients understand what to expect from their general practice and how they can get the best from their GP team. YYGP also enables patients to provide feedback or raise concerns with their GP Practice, Healthwatch or the integrated care board (ICB). The YYGP document published by NHS England can be found below.

Local and NHS services

The surgery works in partnership with local and NHS service providers and groups.

111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It’s fast, easy and free. Call 111 and speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.

NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

In case of a life-threatening emergency, please dial 999.

Online Services

You can use the NHS App to check your symptoms and get instant advice, book appointments, order repeat prescriptions, view your GP medical record and more.
