Online services allow you to:
- book, check or cancel appointments with a GP, nurse or other healthcare professional
- order repeat prescriptions
- see parts of your health record, including information about medicines, vaccinations and test results
- see communications between your GP surgery and other services, such as hospitals
Patient Access
You and Your General Practice (YYGP)
You and your general practice (YYGP) has been developed to help patients understand what to expect from their general practice and how they can get the best from their GP team. YYGP also enables patients to provide feedback or raise concerns with their GP Practice, Healthwatch or the integrated care board (ICB).
Patients are encouraged to be on time, be prepared, and avoid wasted appointments by cancelling early. Patients can ask to be supported by general practices in a variety of ways (for example, by making reasonable adjustments).
