Alert: Update on ordering repeat prescriptions

From Monday 5th January staff will not be accepting repeat medication requests over the phone or at reception.
Please order your medications through the NHS app, clicking 'Contact us online' button below and using our online medication request form, or by using our automated prescription ordering service on our phone line (option 3 - a pin will be required). Please speak to a Care Navigator to set up your pin to use the automated service on the phones.

Submitting an Enquiry

Routine enquiries can be submitted between 07:00 and 18:30 on the days we are open.

For urgent enquiries, please submit your request before 11:00. If you submit an urgent enquiry after this time and we have already reached capacity for the day, you may receive a message advising that we are unable to process your request. In this case, please seek advice from a local pharmacy, walk-in centre, or NHS 111.

For clinical safety, we can only manage a limited number of urgent enquiries each day.

If you are unsure whether your enquiry is urgent, please call the practice and speak with a Care Navigator, who can help guide you appropriately.
