You can use the NHS app to check your symptoms to book appointments, order repeat prescriptions, view your GP medical records and more.
Think Pharmacy First
We are working with all of the Pharmacies in Felixstowe in a co-production called Pharmacy First.
This is a nationwide programme that is aimed at managing the huge numbers of minor illnesses that can now be treated by your Pharmacist.

The Grove Medical Centre aims to provide safe, high quality health services to our local community.
We aim to provide services in line with the needs of our patients, which we will do by listening and responding to their comments and feedback. We will also aim to work together with our Patient Participation Group to ensure our services continue to develop and reflect the needs of our patients.
We will also work closely with other local services to ensure that as far as possible, patients can receive a ‘joined up’ response to their identified health and social care needs.
As a practice, we strongly believe in the value of colleagues and agencies from local organisations working together to improve patient care.
We will monitor our daily service provision to ensure we continue to meet the needs of our patients as far as is possible, within the resources available to us.
