Hep C Elimination Programme

We are going to be working with Cambridge University Hospitals and the NHS Hepatitis C Elimination Programme. The World Health Organisation (WHO) are working towards eliminating Hep C by 2030. This Co-Production is hoping to support case finding of patients in General Practice who have Hep C but do not know it.

In the coming months we will be working with CUH to identify any patients who may be in this category. Once diagnosed it can be easily treated.
