Changes Coming to Toddington Medical Centre – From 18th February 2025

Dear Patients,

From 18th February 2025, we will be introducing a new ‘total triage’ system for booking all appointments at our practice. This means:

✔️ All appointment requests and queries will be directed through our new online request form.
✔️ A GP will review your request within hours and decide on the most appropriate way to meet your needs.
✔️ Our reception team will assist those without online access by completing the form over the phone or in person.

How to Access the New System

🔹 Call us, and we can send you a link to access the service.
🔹 If you have problem in accessing this form , visit the surgery, we will either fill in the form for you or send you a link and  help you complete the form in person.

What We Expect from You

✔️ Provide the correct contact number on the form.
✔️ Once triaged, we will try to call you twice—please ensure you’re available.
✔️ If we are unable to reach you after two attempts, a new online form will need to be submitted.

Please note: There are certain conditions for which you do not need to fill in an online consultation form to see a clinician. You can self-refer to your local pharmacy. Click here for the list.
