To all our patients at the Hammersmith Surgery

After a long, happy and fulfilling career, Dr Paula Fernandes will be leaving full time general practice at the end of February 2026.

For a short time, Dr Fernandes will be supporting the practice in a different capacity and will be in the surgery occasionally.

She wishes to express her gratitude for the privilege of being part of many of your lives during the years she has been at the Hammersmith Surgery
