We do this by combining traditional family medicine with modern technology and working closely with our community to provide accessible services. 

As part of our local Primary Care Network (PCN), we work alongside a skilled team that includes pharmacists, physiotherapists, and mental health practitioners. 

We aim to listen and support every patient to achieve safe and effective care.

Non-urgent advice: Gallows Corner Closure

Monday 23rd June 2025 – Spring 2026, Gallows Corner will be closed for roadworks. 

Please allow extra time when travelling to your appointment to avoid delays. If you arrive late you may be required to rebook your appointment. Thank you for your understanding.

Overall experience with our GP practice: 83.33% of those surveyed in July said good or very good
What You Said: “I received the help I’ve asked for. Thank you”  “Lovely staff , great Doctor. All so helpful”

What We Did: We welcome all feedback. Thank you for your positive feedback in August. We read all the responses we receive. 

Survey Sept 2025
Overall experience with our GP practice: 93.33% of those surveyed in September said good or very good 
What you said: We had some mixed responses including comments about not being seen on time for appointments and inappropriate use of an emergency appointment. 
“Doctor very thorough” 
What we did: We apologise that sometimes you wait longer than you expect. The clinicians do their best to keep to time but want to listen to you and your concerns.  

Survey Oct 2025:
Overall experience with our GP practice: 89.47% of those surveyed in October said good or very good 
What you said: “I had two problems to discuss with the Dr. but she would only deal with one.”
What we did: Unfortunately we only offer 10 minute appointments. It is down to the discretion of the GP at the time of the appointment if they are willing to discuss more than one issue. If you have multiple issues please ask reception for a double appointment when booking.  

Survey Nov 2025:
Overall experience with our GP practice: 94.87% of those surveyed in November said good or very good
What you said: “The social prescriber was very helpful of what tips she says” 
“Doctor was understanding also managed to see physiotherapist same day”
