Patient Access
You can make an appointment to see the doctor of your choice when the premises are open by calling in person or by telephone: 020 7607 7502.
You can also register for online services and book via the link at the top of this page.
Appointments are for ten minutes and it may be necessary to book double appointment if you need interpreter. Urgent cases will be fitted in the same day if you feel too ill to wait until the first available appointment. You will be seen by an available doctor and only your immediate problem will be dealt with. Please make routine appointments to address other issues.
We strongly recommend that you use our online eConsult Service; to ensure that you get the quickest response. E Consults is free and can be accessed anywhere at anytime; as long as you have access to the internet.
If you don’t then please do not worry our wonderful reception team will be able to complete the E Consult on your behalf. Just call and we will be able to assist.
Medical students are sometimes in attendance. Please advise the receptionist if you want the student to leave the room during your appointment.
Cancellations
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
Continuity of Care
We always try to accommodate requests by patients to see their preferred GP, but this is not always possible.
Outside of working hours
The practice provides ihub access between 6:30pm-8:00pm
