One in four adults and one in 10 children experience mental illness, and many more of us know and care for people who do.
Whatever you need to know about coping with stress, anxiety or depression, or just the normal emotional ups and downs of life, some of the links below may help:

If you are already known to the Trust’s mental health services, and feel you are becoming unwell, contact the named person who is responsible for your care or call the service responsible for your care. Their contact details will be at the top of letters sent to you, in your care plan or on the service leaflet. You can look up our services here but not all have their own emergency or out of hour numbers.
The word “crisis” can be used to describe many different situations. In mental health, the term “crisis” usually suggests that someone may need urgent help to support them with mental health problems.
