Ethelbert Road Surgery is adjacent to Kent and Canterbury Hospital. The surgery will provide much needed additional capacity to help meet the needs of our city’s expanding population, provide an opportunity to extend the range of patient services available in the community and has been designed and built to meet hte latest environmental standards. It will be fully CQC compliant with infection control and health & safety in line with national standards.
It will also be ultra-energy efficient, eco-friendly design with PV panels and LED throughout. There will be 12 consultation rooms, 3 nurse rooms and a enhanced treatment room.

Non-urgent advice: Extended Hours & Improved Access
Patients can access appointments with doctors, nurses or Healthcare Assistants until 8pm each weekday, on Saturday mornings and on Sundays and Bank Holidays. We are collaborating with other practices to provide these services after 6.30pm and at weekends so you might be offered an appointment at a different surgery.
