“Doctors surgeries come in for a great deal of criticism these days but Ballater Surgery in Chislehurst Road Orpington deserves praise today. I phoned at 3pm with an ear infection and was told the doctor would phone me back. Doctor phoned at 3.20pm and I was given an appointment for 4pm and was seen at 3.55pm – prescription on its way to Boots. Really well done Ballater very efficient.” – anonymous
