Alert: Partial Closure - Essential Staff Training

Oakfield Surgery will be will be running on reduced capacity and will be partially closed for training on Tuesday 21 January 2025, from midday 12:30pm – 6:30pm.

During this time, if you need to see or speak to a GP please call our out of hours GP service provider on 0300 003 2314 who will do their best to assist you.

If your call is not urgent or is about a referral, non-urgent result or non-urgent prescription, then please
call back on the following day when the practice will be open as usual from 8am to 6:30pm, or submit an online request or use the NHS App.

Please note routine care needs will be provided before or after the practice closure.
