How to request an Appointment

You can request an appointment in the following ways:

• By NHS App
• By telephoning the surgery on 020 8674 2083 (or additional patient telephone line 020 8674 2787).
• By coming into the surgery

Cancelling an Appointment

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible; this way the doctor can see another patient in need.

To cancel, you can:

• Cancel via NHS App
• If you receive a text reminder, please send back a text CANCEL
• Telephone the surgery on 020 8674 2083 (or additional patient telephone line 020 8674 2787).
