Disabled Access Saxonbrook Medical is accessible to disabled visitors. There is disabled parking available nearby at both surgeries. Saxonbrook does have a hearing loop system for the hard of hearing. Both surgeries have toilets for the disabled
Language Assistance If English is not your first language, or you have other communication needs (for example Sign language), we are able to provide a translator for you, free of charge.
We would just need notification of the necessity of this at least 48 hours prior to your appointment, and we will book this for you.
Out of Hours and Emergencies
111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It’s fast, easy and free. Call 111 and speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.
NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.
In case of a life-threatening emergency, please dial 999.
Extended Access
We run extended access clinics on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, pre-bookable for patients via online services or by calling the Patient Services team. The practice will not be open for general enquiries during these extended sessions, unless they intersect with our regular opening hours above.
