NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

Mid Sussex Health Care is part of the Burgess Hill and Villages Primary Care Network (PCN). We provide Improved Access Services for the patients of the PCN via our Federation. These appointments are available in the following format:

Monday, Wednesday & Friday – GP telephone appointments are available between 18:30 and 20:00.

Tuesday evening – face to face GP appointments at the Brow Surgery in Brugess Hill between 18:30 and 20:00.

Thursday evening – face to face GP appointments and Nurse smear clinic at Hassocks Health Centre between 18:30 and 20:00.

Saturday clinics run between 09:00 and 17:00. These alternate between Hurstpierpoint and the Brow in Burgess Hill.  During these clinics there will be a combination of telephone and face to face appointments with a GP available. In addition, nurse appointments for smears and chronic disease management are being introduced.
