Appointments for Adults (16 years and over)

  • Book online via our triage system (this service is for those 16 years and above ONLY)
  • In Person
  • Call Reception on 020 8336 6565  between 8am and 6.30pm, Monday to Friday. Please note that the phones are diverted between 1-2pm daily and only emergency calls will be taken.

Appointments for adults are offered in an appropriate time frame after completing our triaged medical form. This can be completed via our online booking system Rapid Health or by speaking with our reception team.

Appointments for Children (under 16)

Appointments for children can be pre-booked and urgent appointments subject to availability can be made on the same day, which are released at 8am Monday to Friday.

Nurse appointments (all ages)

Nurse appointments for patients of all ages are made via calling the reception team on 020 8336 6565.

Test result and follow up appointments (all ages)

If you have received a text message requesting you to book an appointment to discuss your results, please contact us on 02083366565. If you would like a copy of your test results, please fill out an admin request form, visit the NHS app or Patient Access. Please speak to our reception team if you require a printed copy.

Where a follow up appointment is required our clinicians will book you into the clinic or request the reception team to assist you.

Home Visits

Home visits are for our housebound patients; please be assured that if you do genuinely need a home visit we will happily arrange this. You must be within our catchment area to be legible for home visits.

Cancellations

GP appointment? Don’t need it? Cancel it!

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason, please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.

Please remember that there may be a shortage of appointments and when you fail to attend you have prevented someone else from being seen in your place. On average about 230 appointments are missed each month


Appointment Times

The surgery is open for appointments Monday to Friday between 8am and 6.30pm.

In addition, we open early on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7.00am. On Wednesdays we have appointments until 8.00pm.

These extended opening hours are for pre-booked appointments only and no other services are available at those times.

Please note that medication reviews need to be booked in advance and cannot be done on the day.

Whatever the complaint, if you book an appointment to see a clinician, our team will ensure that you receive the correct consultation for your concern.

We take advance bookings for certain medical checks; these include GGV/PSV, Taxi driver and pre-employment medicals, although these will come with a charge.

NHS App

The NHS App can be used to book smear test appointments only. However, all appointments can be cancelled via the NHS App.
