CHRONIC DISEASE Practice Nurse
Part time: Part time up to 34 hours
Pay Scale: BVP Band 6/7 – depending on experience
Closing Date: 24.01.2025
Job Purpose: We are looking for a proactive long term conditions nurse to join our large, friendly and dynamic nursing team. We are predominantly looking for a nurse with experience in Diabetes management, Asthma and COPD. Leg ulcer management would be desirable which would be one morning a week. Experience is preferred but a willingness to learn would also be considered.

Practice Based Pharmacy Technician
Practice Based Pharmacy Technician
Up to 37 hours per week BVP Band 4/5 (qualifications dependent)
Closing Date – 22.02.25
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced GPhC Registered Pharmacy Technician to support the Practice in ensuring the delivery of safe, effective and efficient systems for repeat prescribing and optimisation of medicines management. In order to be successful in this role you will need to have excellent communication skills and good IT abilities as well as a sound knowledge of medicines management and medicines optimisation gained in either primary or secondary care settings.
The Technician will help us develop the practice for the future and maintain the quality of our practice and explore new horizons. We are located in a beautiful part of North Dorset with excellent links both road and rail with London. There are fantastic local schools both state and private. The coast is within easy reach for sailing, diving and outdoor pursuits.
