Registering as a new patient with KAMP is quick and easy.
Click the link below to register online via the NHS. Don’t worry if you don’t have an NHS Account account, you can still register by inputting your details. First check you are within the boundary for Kennet and Avon Medical Partnership.
GP Catchment Area
Before registering with the practice, please check to see if you live within the catchment area of the surgery and can be accepted as a patient.
Unable to Register online
Those who cannot use online services, or if you are unable to register as a patient with us, please visit the practice in person and come and meet our team of Patient Navigators who will be pleased to help you. Please bring your ID so that we might go through the verification requirements to set you up as a registered patient.
Please allow 3 working days for us to process your registration.

Once registered with us we recommend that you set up an NHS online account if you have not already done so. Your account is accessible through a web browser or mobile app and will allow you to make or cancel appointments, check you test results, manage your repeat prescriptions and see your medical record for both yourself and your dependants.
