NHS Account
Register or log into your NHS account. If you’re a patient at our practice you can now use your NHS access, a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services. If you are a smartphone or tablet user access your account through the NHS App once you have created an NHS account
SystmOnline
You may already have a SystmOnline account, in which case you can access patient online services through your web browser. Any of the online services provide access to the same information; make appointments, view your medical records and test results and order medication.

Important Information
You can access online services for:
- Yourself (if you are over 16 years old)
- Your children under 14 years
- Those you care for, with their permission
Young people aged 14-16 can chose to consent to continued parental access or to manage their own access.
Before you request online access, please read and make sure you understand the following:
- Your medical records are confidential, if you feel coerced into allowing access to someone else, please let us know
- It is your responsibility to keep your username and password safe and not to share it
- KAMP reserve the right to withdraw online access if it is not used responsibly
- Medical records are primarily written for the use of medical professionals, there may be content you do not understand
- You may see abnormal results or bad news that your GP has not yet discussed with you
- If you think any part of your medical records is wrong, you should alert the practice as soon as possible. Please do this via email providing as much information about the error as you can.
- If you spot something in the record that is not about you, please log out of the system and contact the practice as soon as possible
