Available Monday to Friday 07.30 - 18.30 (excluding Public Holidays), only when you are within the UK. When available, our online consultation service can be used to request advice, assessment, sick notes and more.

If you have been asked to submit medical information by a Clinician or one of our Pharmacy Team please do so during these times. Your request will be reviewed before the end of the next working day.

Please be aware, you may well be contacted to attend the surgery or telephoned by a clinician on the day of submitting your online consultation. With this in mind, please ensure your availability on the day, keep your phone nearby to receive calls, and check for any messages regularly.
