Alert: Christmas opening times and Dispensary arrangements

Much Birch Surgery and Dispensary will be closed on 25th and 26th December and 1st January. All other times we are open with our usual opening hours:
Surgery 08.00 - 18.30
Dispensary 09.00 - 17.00

If you need medical advice outside of our opening hours, please call NHS 111. In an emergency please call 999.


🎄 Christmas Dispensary Notice 🎄
To make sure everyone has their medication in time for Christmas, please note the following:
🗓 Repeat prescriptions:
Please order repeat prescriptions by Wednesday 17th December to guarantee they’re ready before Christmas.
💊 Automatic prescriptions:
If your automatic prescription is due during Christmas week, it will be prepared before our Christmas closure.
🚪 Practice closures:
We will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day, and open as normal on all other days.
⏰ Dispensary opening hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
📅 Processing time:
Please allow at least 5 working days for repeat prescriptions. We’ll send you a text message when your prescription is ready to collect.
