The Carers Project
The Carers Project has been set up to raise the profile of Carers as a group of people with specific needs. In particular to identify the numbers of carers within the community so that their health and support needs can be better met by the statutory and voluntary services.
If you feel you are a carer then please let us know so that we may record the fact on your records. You can give details either directly at either surgery, by telephone, letter or fax.
Herefordshire Carers
Herefordshire Carers Support came to an end in March 2020 however, their work continues as Herefordshire Carers, in partnership with Worcestershire Association of Carers. Working together they hope to give Carers a Voice in Herefordshire as well as continuing to deliver events and activities which allow Carers to take a break from their Caring role.
