R Health PCN was established in 2019 and is the six GP Practices in Runcorn working collaboratively with other health and social care organisations e.g. Bridgewater Community Health, Halton Borough Council, Mersey Care Mental Health Trust, Wellbeing Enterprises, GP Health Connect, Voluntary Sector Organisations.
 
The vision of the PCN is to deliver high quality safe care to improve the health and wellbeing of the population in Runcorn.
