Stennack Surgery is open Monday – Friday, from 8:00am – 8:00pm, this includes our Minor Injury Unit (MIU) too.
Our phone line is open from 8:30am – 1:00pm and 2:00pm – 5:30pm.
Stennack’s Minor Injury Unit (MIU)
Stennack’s Minor Injury Unit (MIU) is open Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 8:00pm.
We have a fantastic Minor Injury Unit team, which includes Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Nurse Practitioners and Trainee Nurse Practitioners. If you have a Minor Injury you can visit our MIU as a walk in service or to reduce your waiting times you can call us on 01736 793333 to get booked in to see one of our Nurse Practitioners on the day.
Stennack’s training days
The Stennack Surgery has half day closures throughout the year to undergo essential staff training.
Our dates in 2024/2025 are: Wed 23rd October 2024 Thurs 28th November 2024 Wed 29th January 2025 Thurs 27th February 2025 Wed 26th March 2025 Thurs 22nd May 2025 Wed 25th June 2025
The surgery is closed from 1:00pm onwards. If you require an urgent appointment, you are still able to call 01736 793333, where external support will assist you with your concern. If you are unable to call and wish to use non-verbal communication, you are able to email stennacksurgery@nhs.net for urgent queries or concerns that cannot wait until 8:30am the following day.
