Trainee Doctors and Locum GPs
As a training practice we also have GP Registrars and Foundation Doctors who hold regular surgeries (both are fully qualified doctors, completing a placement in General Practice to become a GP). Additionally we occasionally have medical and nursing students training with us.
When our GPs are away from the surgery we may employ GP locums to ensure we are providing the same amount of capacity for our patients. These are fully trained and registered GPs. If you are asked to see one of our locum GPs rest assured you will receive the same care and attention as you would from your own GP.
