Please use our KLINIK SYSTEM to submit a request for care – CLICK HERE
- Select Service you Require
- Fill in Your Information
- Contact From GP – Depending upon your medical need we will contact you to arrange an appointment or provide you with advice by text or phone.
The service is open 6am to 6pm Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
Please note Klinik is not available outside these times, as the surgery is closed.
Any requests submitted outside these hours would not be actioned until the surgery re-opens and therefore any urgent requests received would not be prioritised when we re-open due to a back log.
If you do not have internet access then our call handlers can request a GP appointment for you by completing the triage questions.
This can be done by telephone or via a touchscreen in the privacy rooms beside reception at Wistaria or Milford Surgery.
When to call 999 or to go to A&E
You should not use this service and call 999 or attend A&E if you (or the person you are submitting a request for) has a life threatening emergency such as one of the following. If you are in any doubt you should call 111 immediately for advice.
For more information see our FAQ – Wistaria and Milford Surgeries
