Information Regarding Our Move to a New Clinical System

The main stages of transfer to our new clinical system are complete. There is much work to be done over the coming months to make the most of all the new functionality and systems.

Many patients have managed to restore their online accounts on their NHS App. Please see the Online Services page for more information.

It will still take many more weeks for us to fully get used to and adapt to the changes. Please continue to be patient with us as we are all learning and improving our knowledge of the new clinical software every day.

111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It’s fast, easy and free. Call 111 and speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.

NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

Serious Medical Emergencies

Patients requiring stitches, or with suspected broken bones, are advised to go directly to the A&E department at Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, Princess Royal Hospital (Telford) or the nearest A&E department.

If you have a life-threatening medical emergency, please dial 999
