Adult Flu Vaccine Clinics 2024
Adults who are eligible for a free flu jab can now book in to a clinic at the Medical Practice. This includes anyone aged 65 or over and many patients who have long term medical conditions or meet other criteria as noted on the NHS website.
We are running large clinics on Saturday 5th October and Saturday 12th October and some small mop-up clinics throughout the following weeks. Two further Saturdays (26th Oct & 2nd Nov) will be available to book after our migration to the new clinical system.
Invitations will be going out via SMS initially, from 20th September. The text message allows patients to book directly into an appointment, or you can call the Practice on 01630 652158 as normal (option 1). If you are calling to book an appointment, please call outside of peak times. To help ease the demand on our reception team, call between 12noon and 1pm, or after 4pm. There are plenty of appointments available.
